Financial documentation. Connected.

Move business forward without losing control of what was agreed.

You need to get clients onboarded, move agreements toward completion, and give your teams information they can act on.

Arteria helps connect your financial documentation with the workflows and data that keep business moving. So the agreement can support the next step instead of becoming another manual handoff.

Start with the task you need to finish. See the relevant workflow, the controls, and what implementation would require.

Your teams need to work together. Your documentation should help.

“Arteria AI enables us to collaborate more efficiently across functions and drive value for our clients.”

01 / Where the work stops

How many times does your team have to rebuild the same agreement?

A term changes during negotiation.

Someone checks which version is current. Another person updates a record. The next team needs the information in a different format.

Meanwhile, your client wants to know what happens next.

When the handoff depends on someone finding, interpreting, and re-entering the information, finishing the document does not finish the work.

You need the agreement to stay useful after it leaves the person who negotiated it.

Consider your next transaction: where will the agreed terms go, who will check them, and what will happen when something changes?

02 / Your starting point

What do you need to get done?

You do not need to choose a technology category. Start with the work in front of you.

Choose the task creating the most friction today.

03 / Solutions around your work

Start where the work gets stuck.

You may need to fix one handoff. You may need to connect a longer process. Begin with the task that matters, then establish the scope around it.

01 / Onboarding Relevant to your task

Get your client ready for the relationship they came for.

You have a client ready to move forward. Your job is to get the required documentation and decisions into place.

Keep the evaluation focused on what is preventing that next step, rather than treating every onboarding task as the same problem.

Your desired result Your client reaches the next stage with the necessary agreement information ready for the teams taking over.

02 / Transactions Relevant to your task

Get the agreement completed without creating another round of work.

You need people to resolve terms, make decisions, and move the transaction toward execution.

The work should not disappear into separate versions and disconnected follow-ups. And the final agreement needs to be useful to the people responsible for acting on it.

Your desired result You can move toward execution with a clear record of the decisions and a defined path for the resulting information.

03 / Post-Transaction Management Relevant to your task

Keep the work moving after the agreement is signed.

You still need to process information, review obligations, and answer questions.

Your aim is to handle that follow-through without repeatedly reopening the entire agreement or relying on one person to remember what happened.

Your desired result Your team can work from the relevant agreement information and concentrate its attention where review is needed.

04 / The handoff matters

Follow the agreement.
Not just the document.

Your evaluation should follow one agreement through the work that depends on it.

  1. You establish the information.

What is already available? What needs to be captured? What requires someone to check it?

  2. You resolve the decisions.

Which terms are being negotiated? Who can approve them? What happens when a proposed change needs further review?

  3. You carry the terms forward.

Where does the approved information go? Which system needs it? What must be checked before the handoff is complete?

  4. You manage what happens next.

When information changes or a question arrives, can your team trace it back to the agreement and the relevant decision?

A documented integration example

Agreement data with somewhere to go.

Arteria’s announced Acadia integration provides a concrete example: structured agreement data could be exchanged with Agreement Manager, connecting documentation with its downstream use.

That is the handoff to examine in your demo: what happens after the document is ready?

05 / What the change is for

Give your people work they can move forward.

And decisions they can stand behind.

Put your expertise where it matters.

You need experienced people exercising judgment, not spending their day assembling information someone else already had.

Give your client a clearer next step.

You want to explain what is needed, who is responsible, and what happens next without chasing several teams for an answer.

Get answers you can use.

You need more than a document in a repository. You need the relevant term, its context, and enough information to decide what to do.

Make the improvement worth defending.

You should be able to explain what changed, how it was measured, and what still requires people.

For your operations team, that may mean less rework. For your legal team, more time for judgment. For technology and risk, an implementation they can assess and govern.

For the person funding it, the improvement needs to justify the cost.

06 / A closer fit

Bring your specific workflow.

Use the examples below to make the next conversation relevant to the work in front of you.

SIFMA / Treasury clearing

Connect the negotiated arrangement to the work required to put it into operation.

You need to track agreed terms across stakeholders and carry the information into onboarding and downstream systems.

SIFMA and Arteria announced a joint Treasury-clearing solution in May 2025 addressing that documentation process.

Kenneth E. Bentsen Jr., then SIFMA president and CEO, described the partnership as an “important efficiency” and a “crucial resource” for the industry’s compliance work.

TruStage / Commercial lending

Keep the negotiation connected to your documentation process.

You need to modify loan documents without losing the record of what changed.

The Deal Flow integration announced by Arteria and TruStage in May 2025 supports commercial-document modification and redlining within existing dynamic documentation workflows, with changes and decisions recorded in an audit trail.

07 / Define the delivery

Know how this will work in your institution before you commit.

Your selected workflow is the starting point. Your operating requirements define the implementation.

  1. Define the work that needs to change.

Identify the documents, people, and systems involved. Agree on the problem being solved and what a successful result would look like.

  2. Establish the connections and responsibilities.

Determine what stays in place, what needs to connect, and where people retain responsibility for review and approval.

  3. Test the work your team actually encounters.

Include exceptions, incomplete information, and changes to agreed terms. A standard example is not enough to assess the process.

  4. Measure the result before expanding.

Compare the agreed measures with the starting position. Include remaining manual work and the effort required to maintain the solution.

You should know what your team will need to do, what support is included, and what sits outside the scope. Confirm professional services, integrations, and ongoing support in your proposal.

08 / Your evaluation

See what would change before you commit to changing it.

Request a demo focused on the task you need to finish. Bring a description of the workflow, the point where it gets stuck, and the outcome you need.

You do not need to upload confidential client documents to request a conversation.

Can this help with the work you actually do?
Examine a relevant workflow, including the documentation and decisions involved.
What happens when the process is not straightforward?
Look at review points, exceptions, and the work that remains with your people.
How would it fit into your environment?
Establish required connections, implementation dependencies, and responsibilities.
How would you know it was worth doing?
Define a baseline and agreed measures of improvement for the selected workflow.

An initial conversation with the Arteria sales team to assess fit. You decide whether to proceed to a deeper evaluation.

09 / Before you book

Your questions.

Know what to examine before you decide what to change.

Do you have to replace your existing systems?

The evaluation should establish what can remain, what needs to connect, and what would change.

Do not assume compatibility from a general integration claim. Review the specific systems, information flows, and requirements involved in your workflow.

Do you have to start across the whole institution?

You can start the evaluation with one defined task. Confirm the commercial scope and implementation requirements before deciding whether a limited deployment or a broader program makes sense.

What happens to your team’s judgment and approval authority?

Make those responsibilities explicit in the evaluation.

Ask to see where review is required, how exceptions are handled, and who can approve a change. The proposal should distinguish assistance, automation, and decisions that remain with your people.

How soon would you see a result?

That depends on the workflow, available data, connections, and approvals needed to put it into use.

Request a plan tied to your scope, with milestones and acceptance criteria. Include the effort required from your own team.

What should your security and risk teams review?

Bring your requirements into the discussion early.

Request current supporting documentation and clarify data handling, access, retention, AI use, and the controls relevant to the proposed deployment.

What will it cost?

Request a proposal that makes the full scope visible.

It should identify software, implementation, integrations, ongoing support, and any applicable partner costs, including what is not covered.

10 / The next step

Which handoff would you fix first?

Choose the task taking too much effort, delaying the next step, or making it difficult to explain what happened.

Then see whether Arteria fits the work.
